Count me in.. I went on a WLS cruise and lets say I need to rid of what I gained (ahem)..... I work Sunday night but I wake up in the afternoon on Monday.. I will start then.  I'll be checking in.  I have done it before and lost 8 lbs the last time.  It's a great plan to get u back to basics if nothing else.  Get control of the carb demons.

Lorri, I'm in!   I am going shopping for the day w/ a girlfriend on Mon., but I will take some EAS AdvantEDGE protein drinks w/ me.  They are good & easy to transport.  Not the handiest day to start, but  honestly . . . there's always something.   Will check in Mon. evening. Jo

I will joining all of you. But I will have a little head start seeing how my day starts in a few hours. lol Seeing how I work the nite shift. And need to lose. IMO another fifth teen pounds by the end of may. I wish all of you the best of luck. Here wishing you all good luck tomorrow. taichi:}

O-M-G, the pumpkin soup recipe is the bomb!  I haven't gone on the 5DPT yet because I'm scheduled for the RESTORe procedure next week and I can't lose any weight beforehand or I will be kicked out of the study.  But I have tried that recipe and it is wonderful! I would love to start the 5 day  test, but I cant drink the protein drinks and how else would I do it? What can I eat the first two days?

Well, days one and two are all liquids, mostly protein based, but if you go to 5daypouchtest.com, they have some really GOOD recipes for some soups that you could have for the 1st and 2nd days and i made one of the recipes yesterday and it came out great.......check out the site and it will tell you everything you need to know. There are quite a few that are joining me today, so why not you too?? Let me know how you do!!! Lorri

What is the 5 day pouch test?  I am new to this forum so any help to get me on track will be greatly appreciated!  See my previous post above and you'll know why. HELP!
