Anyone want to start the 5 day pouch test Monday with me?

Looks like you got some bites! Good for you all! Tell us how you're doing...I'm gonna be a fly on the wall and watch..I just did the test and it's so awesome! The first two days are hardest if you want to call it hard... (not too bad...you don't HAVE to starve) So it's not too bad.

Congrats on being so close to your goal - a question - are you on a huge stall too ? I haven't lost anything - not 1 oz for nearly 3 months - eat nothing/excercise a lot - nothing happens...eat okay and excercise...nothing moves...nothing works....feel like banging my head against the wall as its great to be 180lbs but I would rather be 170 or 160 and at 150 - that's my mental goal...
do you think the 5 day pouch test will work...have you done it before ? I can already "shrink" my pouch by going onto solid proteins only...will this shrink it more ? The dr says I have "failure to prgress" from excessive overeating but how is 800 cals -1200 cals - excessive overeating (and he didn;t even ask me what I did eat ! @!#$%%%#

I have never tried the 5 day pouch test before! I am really hoping that it will jump start my metabolism into weight loss mode on top of reminding me what i should be eating again. I was so good about drinking all of my water and getting all my required protein in, but somehow I have become a little lax in this area. I do not over eat at all and yes i have been in a stall for the better part of two months....I have had to yo yo lbs... up a few down a few, but no solid loosing lately! I know i am very close to goal and will probably have to throw my butt into gear!
