Anyone want to start the 5 day pouch test Monday with me?

Hi Everyone I decided, with the encouragement of others here, that I will do the 5 day pouch test, which also will help me to get back to basics etc plus reset my pouch. I will start on Monday, so if anyone wants to do it with me, that would be great! Have a nice weekend! Lorri

I saw  Gina for the first time in a few months. I am here to say the 5 day pouch test must work. Gina looks so awesome. I know she was at a stand still for awhile but she sure  made up for lost time...

OK!!!!  Do you have the website?  if you don't, it is 5daypouchtest.com. The first 2 days, you can only have protein shakes, etc. but it will tell you all about it on that site. I think I will do it as well.  I've started it many times and always faultered but need to do something.  Starting on Sunday works better for my schedule but we can still encourage each other! Trish
