I did it!!!!!
I have been trying to get back on track after a 13 lb re-gain. I am 2 1/2 years out & have done well, but got to eating mindlessly. No matter what I did to eat right, I was snacking, eating the wrong things etc. The other day I decided this was the week. I followed all the rules yesterday! I found I wasn't hungry at all & did great! That is day 1. I am really proud of myself! One day at a time! I can do it!

Hi Laura,
Good for you! I went through a period (all too brief) when I could eat quite a bit and STILL lost weight or maintained. It quickly created/reinforced very bad habits in me.
I started to gain, and realized I had to get a grip on things - or I'd fail my surgery.
Helpful hint from me - keep your protein intake up - it helps with cravings. And keep up the fluid intake.
