Well, I've decided I need to stop being a lurker and start participating to make myself more accountable so here goes: Last week: 179 This week: 175 I've experienced a 25 pound regain in the last 1.5 years - I've let myself backslide and get back into old/bad habits - finally decided I've had enough and got back on track. I've been keeping a food journal and started exercising more regularly. Glad to see that my pouch still works, I just need to do what I know I'm supposed to do - no excuses. Reading posts on this fourm really helped with my decision to get back on track - it makes a difference to see others struggling like I was and to know I am not the only one. To those who post - thank you - Its opened my eyes to see that others have been successful and makes me think that I too can do it.  Now if I can only figure out how to post my photos so I'm not invisible on the boards..... Have a happy Friday!

Welcome aboard and congrats on the 4 pound loss.. yes the pouch still works if you take control and go back to what was working before.    Uploading picks is pretty easy.  just go to my photos and insert the pic you want to upload.  upload it and than you can put it on your avatar.  The new system makes it much easier to do.  Hope that helps.. Maybe I will see you on the accountablity thread.   Carla

Last week : 214 This week:  212 I've been fluctuating between 210 and 214 for about 3 months now.  This past week, I stayed under 1400 calories, exercised 3 times (6 miles on stationary bike and stretch bank for 15 minutes), and got all of my water in.  Let's hope this is a continuous downward trend.

You're doing great Brandi.  That 100 marking is looming and making you work for it a bit.  You can do it.. stick to your basics and you will be there soon.  Those platues and suck sometimes.. Hopefully you are through that. Carla

Weigh to go Linda.  I think maintance is the toughest part.  We have never done it.. we either diet or eat everything.  Just keep trying new things til you find what works for you.  Great job Carla

Thanks for the encouraging words! I think between the chinese and the pizza yesterday Im in salt overload. Add in this cold and bloats................argh! Feel better around 120 121 Hugs

I am proud! Last week: 166 This week: 164 It's only 2 lbs - but it is in the right direction.  I am getting back on track after a 13 lb re-gain,.  I will make it! Laura
