I agree with you about the protein Carla, I'm definitely gonna shoot higher on a daily basis to keep the loss going and OFF!  I read a formula for figuring out how much you need based on your goal weight...if any of you guys know it please share! B- Turkey bacon and boiled egg S- Almonds L- SB Garlic Beef S- Taco meat (ground turkey) D- Chicken Tarragon w/ broccoli S- Almonds 70+ ozs water, 8oz coffee .
