Happy Valentines day everyone.  I hope you had a great day full of love, sharing, time with someone special and lots of great memories you can tuck away.  My day was good.  worked on things for work and spent the day with my other half.  Not to amazing of a day but we treat everyday as something special.  I had an ok day today.. I dont know if I was hungry or just wanted to snack today.  I kept it at bay but sometimes I wonder why I get in these moods to eat.  I am sure you all have days like that.. the goal is to win the battle and eat right each day.  I think I did ok. Not so much. The day and dh were both duds.  Breakfast: Kashi Hot Cereal and Regular oatmeal, wheat germ and soy milk, coffee Snack: 1 cheese stick Lunch: Honey BBQ Salmon 2.8 oz on a bed of lettuce with 1/2 cup cottage cheese and soy ginger dressing.  Snack: 2 SF Walmart Choc Chunk Cookies (many many carbs in these) Snack again: Home baked Protein bar Dinner: Chicken and bean burrito (more than half of it came home, figure 1 cup) with a slice of cheese.. Probably less than a slice of cheese but I'll count it as a whole slice Dessert: Microwave Almond Meal Muffin with carob chips Totals:  Calories: 1816 Fat: 66 Carbs: 205 Protein: 113 I also walked 4 miles and scrubbed all my floors on my hands and knees, laundry and walked the cat several hundred yards. I washed windows too. Got up early and stayed up late.

Did the cat enjoy his walk..lol.  You are so funny.  If nothing else the house will be sparkling which I am sure is already does.  I have been doing the cleaning of junk draws. the stuff you can find in those things is down right scarey.   Not a bad day for you at all.. keep up the good work.  See ya tomorrow Carla

No, the cat didn't enjoy his walk/work out. I'm a terrible personal trainer, I guess. But I did notice that he was moving around much better and actually played with the string for a little while after our walk. Once he gets moving he must feel better. After the second walk of the day he actually crawled up in my lap and purred like he appreciated the attention. I walked him this morning and he even jogged a bit to get in out of the wind..The dogs were giving him a hard time so I took the flyswatter to remind THEM to be nice. I'm sure he appreciated that.  Junk draws around here are liable to turn up petrified stuff. I found three tubes of super glue that were completely dried out. Not a drop of usable super glue in the house..Yikes.

These pouches are so picky arent they.  still got the protein in which is good.  I think breaking it up with highs and lows keeps the system working better.  You are doing great.  Hope the pouch is in a better mood today. Carla
