pic and tic problems

Can anyone help me put my pic on and also I cant seem to figure out how to put my ticker on. Thanks

Under the new blogging system members may now upload photos to their profiles by clicking MY OH then the tab My Photos where they can add individual albums with up to 50 photos.  You may go to the main messageboard and look to the left and click User Settings where you will have the option to add a messageboard photo which is 100x100 pixels and no larger than 20k in size.
