canned cream soup on 5DPT?
Lentil or split pea is good too! (I bought soup at the salad bar the first day) and made my own the second...Canned soup is easier too! And the web site says you can do it that way. I think the key is just to eat liquids with some proteins that slide but satisfy.
It's kinda hard to mess up this plan if you follow the basic idea and that is to go from liquid to soft to solid protein in 5 days while going back to the basics at the same time. (And cutting carbs down to a bare minimum) My soy milk has a few grams of sugar and I just didn't worry and felt the test working almost immediately.
