Oh my I'm in a foul mood. Scale had the nerve to show me 124 last night...MAD MAD MAD Yesterday I worked like a mad woman. I trimmed the grapevines, cleaned the yard, trimmed some of the trees and cleaned the house...I walked 5.5 miles yesterday and worked my arms till they STILL hurt today. But it sure felt good to be out in the sunshine for a change and NO WIND. Lovely. Breakfast: 2 pks oatmeal, SF Maple and regular, Protein Powder, Soy Milk, Coffee (5:30 am) Second Breakfast: 3 egg omelet with ortega chilis and swiss cheese (2 slices) and 1/2 cup cottage cheese. Gosh I was stuffed. Lunch: Left over Frozen meal, Chicken Parmigiana (I think I got too much pasta this day) Early Dinner: Spanish rice (2/3 cup) Boneless Pork (2 oz) Salsa Verde Sauce and Green Beans Totals: Calories: 1851 Fat: 70 Carbs: 186 Protein: 126

Even though 53% of my cals came from fat (thanks to those pizza tops!), I'm fine with the bottom line.
