Accountability.. what did you eat Monday.
Long day for me. Been taking care of my sick dog. She is pretty weak but is eating and drinking with help. One more day off for me so I hope she starts showing some progress by tomorrow. I dont want to leave her alone for that long of a period of time.
So I had a munchie day. I wanted to eat today. I noticed when the scale hits 121-120 I want to eat more.. I think my body doesn't like that number and wants food or something. Does anyone else get like that. I seem to feel just fine above that number.. go figure.. one pound making a difference. hehehe
So here was my day.

Sorry to here about your dog, I hope she gets better. I am still sick, but hope to sleep tonight. My numbers are low and the banana cream pie was made with sygerfree pudding and fat free milk and no bananas so the numbers from fitday are not correct but I listed it anyway. I think the box says 35 calories a serving but thru it away befor I did my fitday. I could have done another protien drink but it is too late. Kinda hard to eat right when you sleep too late. Tried someflax seed with my shake, must be an aquired taste, but I will try to aquire it for my health. Here goes todays food

Yummy flax seed. I havent acquired that one either. not to bad of a day and I am sure that the pie is lower. Have you tried that fit day recipe analizer. It will give you the real totals.. works pretty good.
Hope you get to feeling better soon. All my kids have been sick for the past couple of days so there must be something going around.

well i got my fitday done before work. we did alot of running aroud yesterday.so hard to eat but i did choose chili as a good choice.i am bad on my water. i will try and drink more today.and plan on going to the gym. its hard to go to the gym and work .

Carla, yesterday was a struggle for me, I was in meetings at work the majority of the day. Last night it took a protein shake and a Slimfast bar to get anywhere near a good day. So 360 calories and 46 grams of protein added late last night.....I wouldn't go to bed until I got there, very hard but I know that without them my body would be rebelling.
