Much much better day, on top of this i did 40 minutes aerobis and 30 minutes on teh elliptical for a total of minus 720 calories. i also drank 11 cups of fluid.

Hey Mel... REAL FOOD!!!  Well, all except that beef tongue (ewwww):::Crinkles up nose::::...you been kissing cows?   hehe...I just wanted to poke ya again!   Why don't you post your daily intake where they can give you some really good pointers.(And they won't tease you like I do )...I might even start going in if I ever decide to stop being lazy and find a calorie program or just give in an go to fit or sparkle...I just love to see what people are eating. I just lurk there for now.  As if I didn't have enough to keep me busy sittin on me ole' rump...LOL Hugs Anita
