2 years out.
hey everyone,
on 02/08/08 was my 2nd anniversary.
when i began this journey i was 285 pounds on friday i weighed in at 153, the lowest i have ever been. 132 pounds gone.
i dont want to say gone forever because the pounds had started cripping back( all my fault) i had lost to 157 pounds my lowest at 1 year and at my 18th month doctors visit i was up to 167 pounds... but i took control of my boat.
i just want to thank everyone for your posts..it does mean alot knowing tht am not alone in this journey. take care
Be blessed.

Happy 2 years! No, you are not alone...this here river is just full of boaters...some going up and some going downstream...hopefully along the way we find some knowledge to get going the way we need to go...and we meet some great people to boot! (Either to kick around with or kick 'em in the boot-ay to get them moving! LOL)
I'm so glad you are in a boat...I like it so much better than that "right track" I hate running....Water is more my thing! LOL
Hugs,
Anita
Wonderful!! I just love to hear from Grads who have successfully re-lost weight after re-gaining!! It gives me hope! Although I'm really grateful to be where I am, as opposed to my original 295 lbs., it's so-o-o hard to deal with the reality of "life after wls" and the challenge of maintaining. I was doing really well during the mo. of Jan., but this past week has been the pits, and I did some damage on the scale.
Jo
Always,
Jo
