Okay, this feels a little easier to write in comparison to yesterday. All dirts on the table now.  Today I had 2 cups decaf with milk Breakfast  2.5 oz stuffed flounder  1/8 cup brown rice 1/8 cup zucchini 20 almonds Then SAMPLE day at SAMS 1 bite size cream puff 1 shrimp 1 bite size pc chicken  small bit of yogurt 1 chicken wing Between 3-5 T MY MOMS HOUSE  had 3/4 cup homemeade french onion soup with 1 slice swiss 1 slice mozzarella few tortilla chips 1 griller hotdog like thing few grapes 9 pm dinner 1 pc pizza 1 cup hot sour soup ( home made) 3 hard candies 2 ity bity tootsie rolls 1 pc chocolate 6 cups fluid positives ate healthier food, less junk increased fluids    negatives  did not exercise need more water kinda grazed feelings not too mindful of my food today concioustly choose hard candy over choclate refused food at my moms house who is a feeeder, but still ATE TOO MUCH THERE I NOTICE FREE FOOD REMAINS HARD FOR ME TO PASS UP I MUST REMEMBER THERE IS NO SUCH THING AS A FREE MEAL, IT ALL HAS A COST!!!!!!!!!!

I know what you mean about free food.  I also hate what I see as wasting food, so used to eat it instead of throwing it in the trash!  I now realise that the answer is NOT to eat it, my body is not a trash can.  But I still struggle with that sometimes. Remember, progress, not perfection.

Oh yes, I still struggle with that too~I hate to throw away food!!!!! It seems like such a waste of $$$, but most of the time dh will eat it for me and he doesn't have a weight issue, LOL!!!!!

Melinda, better day, remember each day is a new beginning and a new chance to make good choices for you. I don't have allot of problem now throwing food away (except meat, sigh).......we love to cook so what we do is cook what we want then call my inlaws or my sister and her family over to eat it.
