Accountability... what did you eat Friday

The weekend is here.. yeah.. I hope you all have a great one. So today I went to my sons IEP and I got told I was way to skinny.  What is with people.  The psychologist even said I needed to gain some weight and she is worried I may have body dismorphic disorder.. come on now.. please... She just went on and on about how thin I am.. No folks I dont have that.. I am not to thin.  According to the bmi I can go to 107 before I get to thin. I am 12 pounds above that.. so there.. Anyone else have people give you a hard time about being to skinny.  They just arent use to seeing me skinny.  The whole situation was very upsetting to me.  I know I am fine why cant they see that. Enough of that..  so here was my day.

I really wonder sometimes what makes people think that it is OK to make remarks like that.  When  I weighed 316,  nobody had the nerve to tell me that I should probebly put the jumbo bag of chips down,  But now that I have made great changes,  they think it is helpful to make comments like that.  You look great!  Well I took my baby girl to the Hannah Montana movie and then dinner at Outback Steakhouse AND I bout myself a pedometer and a heart rate monitor. I will figure them out tommorow.  I got my 4.5 mile walk in too.  Pretty Tired. gonna hit the hay.  Here is todays food:

Your right.. they never said anything when I was 287 pounds.. now they feel they can jump all over me about it.   Well good day.  How was that movie. My kids are asking to go but I dont know much about it.  Keep up the good work. Carla

Hmmm, not happy about my yesterday I was munchie all day......so I went back to see what I thought was causing it......might be the onset of pms but it's a couple days early if so and then like a brick was thrown at me I remember this happening before and someone telling me it is probably the oatmeal........I can eat oatmeal in the evening with no problem but I do recall when I eat it in the morning I tend to want to eat all day.....too many carbs I'm thinking for a morning start. Carla, I understand totally how frustrating that was for you.....I hear it even from people that I work with, that didn't know me at 260 lbs.... February 8, 2008

There are things that set my day off as well.  Sometiems oatmeal will do that to me.  You still had a good day and your protein number is great.  You are making great choices.. remember that even when its a tough day.   Carla

Is that a typo.  570 in calories.  protein is low.. I hope you ate more than that.. that is way to low for you.  check the numbers.. ok.  seems like what you ate would be higher than that. Have a great weeekend and I will see ya tomorrow Carla
