Hey Everyone I am still playing catch up and can't believe it's Friday already  Last night I went to my kick boxing class and it felt so good to be back.  You would have laughed, we had to do this warm up thing called Suicide where you had to run to one bag and touch the ground then run back and touch the ground and then go to the next bag further down and touch the ground and so on....get the picture?  Well, there were youngens there and I mean young, and they were wanting to pass this grandma's butt but I would not let them It was a good workout  We don't just hit the bag they have pre class and post class stuff to build your endurance.  They also wanted to start some sparring classes. Now I love this boxing kicking thing, but have not desire to hit someone or be hit.  When she asked me I told her see this smile?  It represents a life time of saving money and fixed bad teeth, NO ONE IS GOING TO HIT THESE BABIES  She laughed So my friends, Did You Move To Lose and or Maintain Today?  Come on and let's end the week with a bang and start the weekend with some butt kicking moves Stay Strong, Sexy and Sassy, Kathy

Wow, that sounds like it was hard!!!!!!!! WooHoo!!!!!!! I did my slowrobics today to work on that toning and firming. My legs will be hurting tomorrow, LOL!

Hi Kathy,  I got my 4,5 mile walk in an hour done.  I walked everyday this week and logged in 22.6 miles since monday.  I brought my girl to the Hannah Montana movie and treated myself to a pedometer and a heart monitor.  $100 for the pair, but I decided it was worth it.  I will figure out some kind of excersize this weekend since the place I walk at is closed,  Gonna have to get creative in Northwester rural Montana.   Goodnight all, I am bushed!

Hearing about your boxing classes, you make me laugh out loud Kathy  :o) I didn't manage to get any exercise in today (Friday).  Mindyou, my body feels like I've been on a week long workout the way it's aching and is exhausted, but I think that is from all the sitting in one place driving up and down to the hospital.  Why is it more tiring to sit all day rather than having done a great workout? I'm going to try and fit more movement in at the weekend.  Also,I'm off work next week on mid-semester break, so lots of time to get active.  I may even try on my daughters street gliders and have a go!! hehe. I suck....

That's about all I have to say about it.  Kathy, as you know just comming off of vacation, getting all caught up.

THEN! we get dumped on with 14 inches of snow and I am sore just from all the snowthrowing and shoveling I've had to do.

Today is Sunday and it's-6 here right now, total buzz kill to want to go to the gym but I am going to make it.  No arms for me yet, Dr.s orders.  So I'll do some cardio and some core, what I can do w/out arms. And then a SAUNA. I want to be in wonderland by March 1st.  Thats 12lbs. SEND HELP!!!!!!! Hugs for all, Tmac
