I've also added Dannon Light and Fit Carb & Sugar Control Yogurt (only 3 oz for one portion) along with 1 portion of sugar reduced canned fruits (i.e. peaches). This is added to the pre-mixed Atkins Advantage drinks (Chocolate or Strawberry) with 1 scoop of chocolate protein mix. I put it all into a blender with 3 oz of water and 12-14 ice cubes. This makes me one for breakfast and another to have mid-day. They stay really cold in my office refrigerator because of the ice.
I've also researched and found that some are continuing with the 5 day process by utilizing the protein drinks and the other foods into their daily schedule. I'm feeling really great and this is my 5th day. I'm going for it. I need to lose another 50 lbs. Lost 12 lbs since Monday. However, I always lose great in the begining.
I know I'll get those 50 lbs off. I wish me luck and all of you as well.
