Accountability... what did you eat Wednesday

I'm maintaining At 155-158 pounds, I wear a size 2/4 jeans, smalls and mediums in everything else.  I must have bones of pure plutonium, is the only thing I can think of.  I really think I'm done trying to lose anything else.  I'm small enough, physically, even though my BMI is 26.6.  I never set a goal because I had no idea what I'd look like at any given weight, so I figured I'd just lose until I was healthy and comfortable with what I looked like - and if I was in a single digit size, then that would be gravy.  So now I'm swimming in that gravy I don't really have a goal on the total calories thing - just tracking it now is really enlightening!  I guess I'll see how it goes while I'm tracking it.  I had no idea I was eating the kind of calories that I was - even my mind was boggled!!  Although, to be fair, I think my calories are kind of off in the Starbuck's department since their calorie calculator on their website doesn't offer the Breve option (made with steamed half & half instead of whole milk).  Whole milk has double the carbs & less fat than the Breve that I usually get, so I'm probably absorbing fewer of those calories than I thought.

That is so great for you.  size 2/4 you cant argue with..  You never know why one persons weight is one thing and the next is another.. it is all about the make up of our body.  I have no boos.. shh dont tell.. so I know if I did I would weigh more.. I will be fixing that soon.. they deflated at about 140 on the scale..lol.. so I know where those pounds came from.. hehehe. As far as calorie counting and where you should be, its all different for each of us.. i eat 1500 cals and I gain.  others eat 2000 and they just keep loosing.. go figure.. its interesting to see the difference each day in what ppl are doing and how it affects them..  You are doing fantastic girl.. thats what it's all about.. Well even though the Carb count was high,  I think I did OK,  could have chosen better carbs.  I think since I am burning so many calories walking,  I need to up my intake so I think I will start back on carbs now.  I dont want my body to think it is starving.  BUT today I will choose better carbs.

exactly right.. all the exercise means move the food intake up.. up the calories a bit.  Did you notice on the biggest looser they try to do 1600 cals and work out 6 hours a day... yikes.... lol... You are doing a great job so keep it up. Carla
