I love protein bars and could eat them all day.  I limit myself to one a day cause I know how I could get crazy with them.  I do a lot of shakes because they are lower in cals and gives me a lot of protein.  Even with you bars your potein numer is still a little bit low.  there sems to be some fat and carbs in those bars that brings your numbers up.  Still a good day over all.  Work on the protein and you will be doing great

Strange saying I wasnt hungry.. isnt it.  remember when all we did was eat and eat bad choices.  I love the new lifestyle of eating and dont ever want to go back to the other.. that food just doesnt taste good to me any more.   YOu had a awesome day there.. that shake helped get those numbers up too.. thats the way to make it happen. Are you working on maintaining your weight or are you still trying to loose.. I see you dont have a goal.  Yes the Starbucks can be a bad habit.. i used to get their hot chocolate.. yummy but wow on the cals..lol.. What is your goal for total calories a day.  I am just amazed at the difference between the two surgeries and what you can do. Have a good one.. Carla
