Hello all. well I have a very interesting day today.  Had to calls to make to help people out.  I dont know if you all have ever seen that show.. How Clean Is Your House on bbc or clean house.. but om goodness.  I went into a house today that was so dirty I was afraid I was gonna catch something.. total yuck..  glad that is over..Being a clean nut.. that is a tough one to take. lol So how is all your days going.. I hope good.  Here was my day

I am such a munchie person when I am driving around.  I usually chew gum to keep me from nibbling but the cookies got me today.. ok.. there is always tomorrow. I was off work today, which always brings it's own special types of food challenges. The dinner tonight was at Red Lobster, so no doubt the calorie count is actually a bit higher due to whatever "hidden" stuff was on the shrimp and salmon, even though they were onlt ordered "grilled". I got all my water and vitamins in--still struggling with adequate exercise--I'm still too much of a slacker--but an HONEST slacker..lol..hope everyone had a great day!!

I have learned it the soup is creamy or thick like pea soup it is loaded with carbs.. sucks because thats the kinds of soups I love.  You had a good day and are still sailing right along.  You have made such a turn around from when you first started posting. Carla

I think I did pretty darn good today. Plus I went to the gym and I did the eliptical for 34 minutes which is a new record for me these days......3 miles on it...and burned 250 cal. I am pretty happy about my day today. I also got a job today! So today was a good day for me :-)  Sweet and spicy tuna: 215 cal   24.5g pro

Protein shake: 160 cal   24g pro

Salad with 3 cups lettuce, 1 oz cheese, cran dressing, and
cherry tomatoes: 226 cal    11g pro

3oz roasted chicken breast: 141 cal    26.7 pro

Yes you did.. weigh to get on that ship and start out with a smooth sailing day.  Very nice choices and you mixed it up so you had lots of favors going on.. What is a carmel veggie booty puff.  that is very strange sounding.  Keep on sailing captain.  you are doing great. Carla

Well thank you! I am glad that someone thinks I did well because I know I sure do! Now if I don't start losing soon........I am going to lose my mind! I am killing myself at the gym too. I NEED to fit into my wedding dress! UGH stress I tell ya.  Haha the Veggie booty puffs do sound funny don't they. Basically I buy them at the healthfood store......they are kind of like an all natural organic type snack. They are puffed corn bites.......almost like cheese puffs except they are covered with a light crunchy carmel coating. They are very very good. Only 120 cal for an ounce! Actually I found their website! The bags are NOT 30$ each.....the prices online are for a case of bags. http://www.robscape.com/store/product.php?productid=16170&cat=244&page=2
