I was off work today, which always brings it's own special types of food challenges. The dinner tonight was at Red Lobster, so no doubt the calorie count is actually a bit higher due to whatever "hidden" stuff was on the shrimp and salmon, even though they were onlt ordered "grilled". I got all my water and vitamins in--still struggling with adequate exercise--I'm still too much of a slacker--but an HONEST slacker..lol..hope everyone had a great day!!

Well thank you! I am glad that someone thinks I did well because I know I sure do! Now if I don't start losing soon........I am going to lose my mind! I am killing myself at the gym too. I NEED to fit into my wedding dress! UGH stress I tell ya. Haha the Veggie booty puffs do sound funny don't they. Basically I buy them at the healthfood store......they are kind of like an all natural organic type snack. They are puffed corn bites.......almost like cheese puffs except they are covered with a light crunchy carmel coating. They are very very good. Only 120 cal for an ounce! Had a pretty good day. Felt in control all day until I had a Sugar Free nonfat Vanilla Steamer in the afternoon and it set off my sugar cravings. Got to stick to plain lattes or protein shake in the afternoon.
