It's hard to know who is in your net work.  Revisions are harder surgeries ...are you revising from a RNY to RNY or  a RNY to DS? Scott

i know this might sound crazy but i want the band over rny at least it is safer and can be removed and also tightened again if i need more restriction.. i dont think i want to mal absorb any more.. just scared of malnutrition in the future.. but thank you for ur prompt advice, and also congrads on ur weight loss

You might check out the revision surgery forum. Someone there may know. I agree with you on the restriction. I wish I could tighten up my RNY so I wouldn't eat as much! Diona

hi Dr. Mehta was my surgeon also and  I am also struggeling to lose the rest of my weight.  I don't want a revision because I have a baby now and I just don't have the time to recover.  Although I can understand you do but in the mean time have you tried the 5 day pouch test?  It really has worked for me so far.
