Hi... I recently found this link here at Web MD...I hope it helps. I've been researching stuff for my own info and thought this might help you. The second or third area of the article tells you how to interpret your score...and what it means... http://www.webmd.com/content/Article/136/119719.htm Anita

Was that MINUS 1.0?

If it was, it is the beginning of osteopenia (thinning of bone) and not too late to stop it in its tracks. Mine is more like -2.5, so serious indeed, osteoporosis. I cannot reverse it, only stop it from progressing.

What and how much are you taking for vit D and calcium?

Whew. Easy one.

Flax, take the ground flax seeds. Taste kinda nutty, put it in anything. In the frig at your health food store. You can grind your own, of course, keep in frig.

Fish oil. coromega. Um, well, I won't be saying here where you can find THAT one, but it's lIl packets of pudding like stuff, smaller than a fast food ketchup, comes in 3 flavors. I tested it in my own blood before standing behind it. It DOES absorb. Some ppl think one pkt a day is good, others take as many as 5 perday.

A, D, E all come in dry form, but that's not all. A has to be retinol; D has to be dry D3; E has to be d-alpha form.

The MINUS is lost bone mass. If the others are not minus, that's GOOD.

Not extra D?

Can you take your cans back and have them do a comparison? I mean, the radiologists get a coupla hundred bucks to "read" these things, so make them READ them.
