Thanks Ruth!!!! Yep, I have a goal and that always help me to stay focused! I just hate that fact that I ate my way back up a few pounds, but I guess sometimes I just give in to temptation too often!!!! No more of that for awhile!!!!!!!

Tracy, You can do it--you are so good about "getting a grip" when your weight starts creeping!  I SO admire how you've managed to stay within your personal weight range, and I don't have a doubt that you will be right where you want to be when you turn 40!  And speaking of 40 . . . it was a GREAT decade!!  (Actually, I'm loving my 50's even more, esp. since my wls in 2004!)  Jo

Thanks Jo!! Everyone keeps telling me that the 40's are great so I'm really looking forward to it!!! I know some people dread bdays, but I'm actually getting excited about it, LOL!!!!!! And, its good to hear that the 50's are fabulous too!!!! So much to look forward too and I have to agree~its all even better thanks to wls!!!!!!!!!!!!

Sounds like a good plan Tracy!!!  Ill be 40 in a month as well, and I know ill be in better shape than when I turned 30. Id still love to loose more weight, just need to do it!!

Hey Kathy!! You can join me on my crusade for the next month if you'd like!!! For me, its really just about doing all the things I "should" be doing every day, but sometimes I just get off track!!! Well, enough of that for me~I'm walking the straight and narrow for the next 7wks!!!!!!

Hi Tracy, I to have an extra 10  pound s  on and need to get it off before my 2 year check up in March. My lowest was 154 and now Im at 164. Its amazing how fast it creeps on, and hard to get off. I will also up my exersise and lower my food ( carb ) intake without really doing the "diet "thing. Im focusing on mostly protein and good carbs, so will see what happens and only weigh once a week.
