Help Getting back on track
I definitely do watch the carbs, although that is what I crave the most, if you fill up on carbs you wont have room for the protein, not to mention they are not as good for us. I am not a good role model, b/c I have been doing the wrong things as far as what I eat in a day, but I can say I eat no sugar, and I know that protein should come first, and it often does, even though I still eat those empty calories in snacking. Good luck, we can do this!!!
