Accountability... what did you eat Sunday
I didn't log yesterday, but suffice it to say it was a much less than ideal day. I doubt if I got much protein at all...the only protein I recall eating was a hot dog and about 1/2 a cup of taco meat! Everything else was all carb or so much that the protein was almost irrelevant...today is another chance to do it again!

almost forgot to add in 140 cal tostitos ,plus more added carbs, now the tostistos are all gone, thank goodness. Should know better than bring home those types of foods.
