Well our weekend is over and tomorrow it is back to work. I have a ton of things to do so I will be glad to get back and get things done. Needless to say it is gonna be another busy week for me. How was your weekend.. Mine was pretty lazy for a change. Worked in the garage a bit but the rain today made me lazy.. even took a nap.
Here was my day
Not to bad if I do say so myself. opps forgot my crystal light.. so add another 30 calories.
Have a great day and I will see you tomorrow

Had a good weekend but the house is gloomy since the Pats lost.
I can't believe it's Monday already.....
B - South Beach protein bar
S - protein drink
L - 3 chicken nuggets from Wendy's
D - 3 oz grilled shrimp
S - 1 single serve bag Ritz cheese sandwich crackers (HORRIBLE choice - will not do that again!)
1 slice Trader Joe's complete protein bread w/1 Tbsp peanutbutter
Didn't eat a lot. I think that mishap with the scale made my willpower a bit stronger. I did mean to get one more protein drink in, but I was too tired and just went to bed.
Totals - 997 cals, 43 fat, 75 carbs, 74 protein.

I did horrible on Sunday. I really meant to eat but didn't. I skipped the malto meal in the early morning because it seemed like such a rut but apparently it's the best thing about my diet..It warms up my pouch and gets me moving all day. I could barely eat a real breakfast.
Breakfast: 2 eggs (well, nearly two eggs) and 4 ounces of steak, probably not even four ounces but it was about half of half the meal. I ate one bite (not even a big bite) of hash browns and they made me feel dizzy. I never finished the egg and left most of the meat and all of the hashbrowns.
Snack: scared to eat so I had a 20 gram protein bar
Lunch: still scared to eat so I had 1 oz of beef jerky
Dinner: Beef steak. I served myself up 6 ounces but had 2 left so I ate 4, 1/4 cup of mashed potatoes and 5 slices of beets. I at 3 SF sandwich cookies. I looked at my totals at that point and thought I needed more (It was 6 pm) so I tried to eat more mashed potatoes (couldn't even think of the steak) and ate 3/4 of a cup and gave the rest to the dogs..
Totals:
Calories: 1220
Fat: 56
Carbs: 87
Protein: 100 (I had to fight to get it to that point..)
We had our taxes done yesterday and we owe about $10,000..I'm bummed, scared and stressed all in one..NOT A GOOD DAY. We can laugh about it all we need to but my sleep last night was all the horrible things IRS can do to you...I envision sitting here next winter without power listening to the bank come knocking cuz my accounts been attached and I can't pay anything at all.
Yes, RNY worked for me but it also requires a lot of work from me!

OUCH... THAT SUCKS. Tax time I think is stressful for everyone. wow.. thats a chunk of money.. thankfully I dont owe the bloodsuckers this year. That always makes me happy. You figure all they do is tax the heck out of you than want more at the end of the year... grrr...
Yes a low day for you. I find if I dont eat or drink something warm my pouch gives me grief all day. Try and get back on track today. One bad day is ok.. just dont make a habit of it.
Be good to yourself.. think of this way. you could have no job and no money coming in.. than they might owe you, but doesnt sound like a fun life. their is always a rainbow at the end of craziness we can draw from..

Carla, I didn't log any food intake this weekend, lots going on (Mardi Gras Ball and Super Bowl). Lots of running around and just nibbling on crap unfortunately. I'm regrouping today and getting back in my routine. The scale reflects how a weekend of not being accountable will affects me.
