Accountability... what did you eat Saturday
What was going to be a lazy weekend turned into an hour cleaning a cabin and then a trip to Canada and we didn't get back till 7 this morning. Had a good time though. I was doing cultural activities for 7 hours so I am sure I got a work out. Tried very hard to not eat all the high carb foods at the midnight meal and fot the most part I did ok.

lol. We LOVE elk, deer, moose. That is mostly the meat we eat. If I have to buy beef, We are hunter poor, and I would be very upset!

Hi, Carla... I just tried Mrs. Dash's Teriyaki on a frozen Tyson Teriyaki chicken breast that I nuked. DH really liked it too. I put 1 T on each breast... so easy and good numbers.
