That is so true.. we think we do bad but remember the past..wow.. i dont know i could eat all that junk in a day.  not to bad of a day.. more protein.. more protein.. Have a great day Carla

Well, another funky day at work. I decided that the rashes I have on my arms is atopic dermititis. The allergist that I went to did a biopsy some time ago and it was "inconclusive and probably dermititis". Wonderful, with no recommendations other than "here's some cream". I hate when that happens. So I did some google searches. Its not what I'm eating, it's not soap, it's not detergent. If it's animals that's changed too over the last 18 months so it can't be that...It's stress. Definately work related, I'm guessing.  So here's what I ate: Breakfast: same old same old: Malto meal, soy milk, wheat germ, protein powder and coffee (3 cups, with soy milk for cream) Snack #1: 8 oz V8 juice (last of the big bottle) and a cheese stick Snack #2: 1 medium apple and 1 oz of bison jerky Lunch: 2.8 oz canned salmon in mandarin orange sauce, romaine, carrots, tomato and raspberry pomegranat vinegrette, note to self: didn't really like the orange flavored salmon..I kept burping it up for hours. Snack: 20 gram protein bar and 1 -4 oz container of Dannon Yogurt Dinner: Country Style Pork ribs made in the crock pot with barbeque sauce (everyone else had a sandwich with it, I had it alone) 5 oz (measured) and one meatless eggroll from left overs.  Bedtime snack: 4 SF wafer cookies (cuz I had plenty of room for more calories) Totals:  Calories: 1658' Fat: 58 Carbs: 155 Protein: 137
Yes, RNY worked for me but it also requires a lot of work from me!

Thats weird.. it took them forever to diagnosis me with psoriasis.. first they said I had a fungus.. than stress.. blah blah blah.. since my wls I am totally clear now.. of course i take medicine but I did that before with no success.  keep going til they get it right.. thats all you can do. Good day for food.. very nice protein number... hope you have a great weekend and have a chance to destress.. Carla

Hope you got the pampering you needed at the beauty parlor the other day, and good luck with you pc. I don't have much patience with those type of issues myself.
