Pretty much a "regular" day for me.  Shoudl have skipped the pasta AND stopped myself from taking a few bites of the kids' lunch.  B - South Beach Cinnamon Raisin Protein bar     140 / 5 / 15 / 10 S - protein drink   70 / 0 / 2 / 17 L - 2 oz chicken, 1/2 low carb pita, 1 oz broccoli slaw, 1 tbsp lite ceasar dressing    139 / 4 / 8 / 21       also ate some of the kids' lunch  (I made the kids' food before my own and I was hungry)       1 egg     55 / 4 / 0 / 5        1/2 slice white toast       25 / 0 / 5 / 1 S - protein drink    70 / 0 / 2 / 17 D - 4 oz roast pork    280 / 17 / 0 / 31       1/2 c pasta           106 / 1 / 20 / 4       1/2 c canned carrots    12 / 0 / 3 / 0 S - Metamucil Fiber Wafers     120 / 5 / 17 / 1 totals -    1026 cals,    35 fat      71 carbs    106 protein I know these totals are ok, but man...I hate to see my calories over 1,000.   Carla - I have had long hair and short hair.....I think we always want the opposite of what we have.  I like your style tho - I think you look great with short hair.  I am thinking of getting mine cut short again......but then I will spend 2 years growing it out.

That is so true.. I have always had long hair but when it got so thin I cut it.. I had this vision of meg ryan hair.. not sure it works but I tried.. Still on the fence in growing it back out cause I do like the ease in care for my hair now. but miss the long hair I use to have.   You had a good day.  You need your calories to be between 1000 and 1200.  I know it's tough to see when you first start doing it.. it was hard for me and I still struggle with getting mine up there but, in truth, you will start loosing again if you do.  The body is hording the food right now.  Eat more and watch how it drops off.  I was stuck at 130 forever and I raised my calories thinking I wanted to maintain and boom I lost 10 pounds.. go figure..  I know its tough but give it  a try.. keep the proteins up so you will burn the fat and you will be right on. those chocolate take up a lot of your calories.. didnt eat much if you remove that.. do they have any chocolate protein.. that would work..lol Take care Carla
