Well the weekend is here for me.  spent my day teaching a class so the feet are tired now.  Hope you all had a good day.  I am looking forward to getting pampered tomorrow with a hair cut and color.. trust me I need it. So here was my day.
breakfast:
Quaker Instant Oatmeal, Lower Sugar, Maple and Brown Sugar, 1 serving 120 24 2 4 Remove

Those drinks are killing my numbers..lol.. well not really but I do notice the change.. Had a nice dinner but it killed the calories today.  Protein is good though so it was worth it.   Have a great one and I will see you tomorrow Carla. Ps.. trying to decide if I should grow my hair out.. what do you all think.

another day where my totals are low. But I have some time for a late night snack if I want.. Breakfast: Malto meal, wheat germ, soy milk and protein powder, coffee Snack: 1 cheese stick and 12 oz V-8 Juice (didn't have to bonk my head today!) and a tangerine Lunch: Low Carb Flat Bread Wrap, 1/2 cup fat free refried beans, 1/2 cup lean ground beef cooked with carrots, celery and onions and 1/4 cup of shredded cheddar cheese (home made burrito) and a banana Snacks: 4 oz Dannon Yogurt cup, home made protein bar Dinner: 3 oz lean steak, grilled, 1/2 a very small potatoe with FF Sour Cream, 1/2 cup canned green peas.  3 SF Wafer cookies Totals so far:  Calories: 1721 Fat: 51 Carbs: 223 Protein: 112 I'm theoretically done for the day but I may have a cup of tea or a cup of decaf coffee with swiss miss...Just to warm me up before bed. But it's only 6:30 so there's alot of time from now till bedtime.
Yes, RNY worked for me but it also requires a lot of work from me!

Hey Carla,  I am growing my hair out again too.  I love it!  I had a great day too.  The meat I was going to eat tonight for dinner didn't hit the spot so I left and tried my luck at the casino and I had a little luck,  I am a little more then even.  When I got home, I checked my numbers and decided to have 2 T of peanut butter instead of the bowl of fried potates that were staring at me,  Not a bad choice..  Day 3 of ver low carbing.  I am spilling moderate ketones and that means the fat is heading out the toilet!  Yahoo.  Well I bettet get to bed.  Goodnight

New day, new month, back to work today-lnch all packed-trying to PLANNED. Yesterday went fairly well-all carbs were "good carbs" except that stupid popcorn that tasted like cardboard anyway!! Hope everyone has a great Friday

Yeap a good day.  fat is a little high but still under 60 so thats ok.  you hit the mark on 1200 as well.. great job Carla
