Hey everybody,
Filling in for Kathy S. who is setting sail today    with some OH pals to a tropical isle.

So tell us how you MOVED to LOSE or MAINTAIN today???

Me...  It is too nice a day here 63 degrees and sunny (after a tons of rainy ones) to stay inside. Planning a long afternoon walk around the neighborhood.

Hi Michelle Walking for me too today.  Earlier it was miserable wet and windy weather, but it cleared up nicely and I had cold sunshine when I went out.   Was supposed to go swimming but just realised that I forgot!!!  Oh well, I'm not going to beat myself up. have a great day everyone

Wahoo,  I finally got a good hour power walk in with my daughter!  It was great and I feel awsome!  We must have walked at least 3.5 miles or more!  I moved to lose today!  I am down to 192 from 200 a week or so ago.  .  I am so back on track.  Thanks for letting me post here!

It is NASTY weather in IL today!!  I really, really didn't want to go to the gym today--it's my birthday, after all!  --but since a big snowstorm was/is predicted, I thought I'd just better get out and get it done while I could!   Now, at 11:30 p.m., it's snowing like crazy and is supposed to continue through the night.  Schools all over the state are already closed for tomorrow. Anyway, I got in a good workout, knowing I was going out to eat this evening!   I did about 45 min. cardio (elliptical, treadmill, & recumbent bike) and about 40 min. weight training--combo of upper & lower body.  (I had a great meal--filet mignon (hubby ate 1/2 of it)--& perfectly cooked asparagus.  I wanted that warm loaf of bread SO BAD, but I didn't.  However, I DID indulge in not one, but two of their signature tropical (alcoholic) drinks!  So it's a darned good thing I worked out!) Jo
