Thanks Carla,  I was very busy all day and that is why the numbers were low.  I tested for ketones and I am finally spilling moderate levels.

That's precisely why I try to stay away from the lo-cal drinks...they're totally addicting and that's when the cals start to matter!  This summer I had it sooo bad for CL peach iced tea that I was going through about a gallon a day...only 80 cals a day, but I had terrible insomnia and am now trying to get over an aversion to plain water. My carbs are outta this world thanks to that yummy apple/cherry crisp with dinner at church! B- Nectar Fuzzy Navel S- None L- LC Ginger Garlic Chicken Stir-Fry S-Turkey frank w/ potato roll D- Baked Chicken w/ cranberry sauce, green beans, salad, & cherry crisp S- Chocolate ice cream 1419cals, 38g fat, 186g carbs, 85g protein, 11g fiber 40ozs water 10ozs diet iced tea

Wow is right on that crisp... would have been awesome if it was protein instead of the carbs...lol.. I see we are still working on drinking more... 50 in the day isnt enough.. sip sip sip.. sip a protein drink if you got to ... thats a drink Carla

Some of us use www.fitday.com and others use www.sparkpeople.com.  It really helps you pay attention to what you do.
