I have some good information posted on my website.  Thanks to Michelle (vitalady) and my doc. I still take 40-60 grams of protein a day in addition to what I eat, and I am very strict on taking good multi and keeping up with exercise. You should take one sublinqual b 12 a day, one poly iron (not ferrous sulfate) calcium at least 1500 mg , (broken up into 3 servings, can only absorb 500 mg at a time) and probably at least 1000mg vit c, I don't remember vit d, but it is best in the dry form as is the vit e (for absorption).  Dry form means not the  gel gooy caps of vit E we are used to, it means in powder form (put into a capsule). I take on Vitron-C for iron I take 4 Calcium Citrate with Vitamin D 1000 Mcg of B12 75- 80 grams of protein a day 2 multi-vitamens  Deb

Here is a document that I think is excellent in explaining our vitamin/mineral/protein needs: http://www.geocities.com/tiger_angie/VitaminMineralRecommend ationsVersion25-050205.pdf What I take daily: Multivitamin Vitamin C - 1 x 500mg B100 - 1 Vitamin E (dry form) - 1 x 400mg Vitamin A (dry form) - 1 x 10,000 IU Calcium Citrate - 2 x 400mg (at separate times) Iron - 2 x 29mg B12 - 1 x 2000mcg (sublingual - Methylcobalamin) I think that's about it :-) I average about 100-120 grams of protein a day :) Angie
