how much do i need
I have some good information posted on my website. Thanks to Michelle (vitalady) and my doc.
I still take 40-60 grams of protein a day in addition to what I eat, and I am very strict on taking good multi and keeping up with exercise. You should take one sublinqual b 12 a day, one poly iron (not ferrous sulfate) calcium at least 1500 mg , (broken up into 3 servings, can only absorb 500 mg at a time) and probably at least 1000mg vit c, I don't remember vit d, but it is best in the dry form as is the vit e (for absorption). Dry form means not the gel gooy caps of vit E we are used to, it means in powder form (put into a capsule).
