Fill 10 Days ago....Made it to Onederland!!

I had a fill 10 days ago and I have lost 7 lbs.  It is a really good one...........long over-due.  It had been since last June.  I came back to the board to start losing again after my fill.  I think I told you's my doc wouldn't do a fill when my mom got real bad with diabeties.  She did pass away the 1st of December so now I am ready to focus on me and try to get to that long awaited goal.  That is one thing I love about the lapband..........when your ready....it is ready to help you.  I have good restriction with this fill.............never experienced that before, so I am so grateful!!  I was getting way to hungry again.........appetite getting out of control.  I am glad I trusted myself to go back in for that long needed fill!  I am 14 months out.  I have 3.25 cc in my 4.0 cc band.   Thanks for your support!!  -Holly

That sounds wonderful.  A lot of us here are bypass patients so I must admit that I don't know much about what it's like to have the lapband but it sure seems that your surgeon is supportive and knowledgable.  You can't ask for much more no matter what wls choice you make.   Keep on truckin!!
