Hi Everybody, Posting this on behalf of our Kathy S. who is just about to ride the seven seas with some OH pals! Who moved to lose (or maintain) today??? I'll start... I'm gonna kick the living you know what out of this guy later. His name is BOB! Mean looking booger huh?!? Of course you could tape a pic of your boss or your ex on the face. I've just finished 45 minutes on my stepper - without stopping---woohoo!!    That's a first for me.  Did 5500 steps and burned 780 calories (according to the gadget on it!).  That might make up for all the rubbish I've been eating today!! Again, I'm so surprised at how quickly fitness improves when you do a little each day.  Thanks for the inspiration and encouragement from all your posts everyone

Hope its ok to jump on your thread!  I just finsihed....ok...NO LAUGHING....Sweatin to the Oldies with Richard Simmons.  LOLOL  I found my old tape and decided to throw it in.  I could not believe I remembered the steps.  It was much easier to do since last time I did it and while it was a good starting point for something aerobic, I need to get something more intense.  I still feel good that I did **something**.

I made it to the gym, but since I got called to sub teach today, I had a short workout (had to get home & clean up & get to choir practice).  But at least I went . . . just did cardio today . . . 25 min. on the elliptical and 10 on the recumbent bike . . . but I tried to make it an intense workout!  Definitely was sweatin'!  Thanks for helping Kathy out w/ the post--that lucky girl! Jo

Hello everyone, My work and other obligations have really taken my time away from walking this week.  I only got to walk monday.  I have a lunch time walk date with one of my daughters today.  I so hope I get to walk and these people at work dont find some crisis for me to handle!  On the good side,  I am down to 192 and that is down from 198-200 a few weeks ago.  No snacking and paying attention to what I eat really makes a differance!  I am on day 3 of very low carbing and seems to be OK.  Have a bit of a headach though.  I will report back later today on my walk.  O ya,  I got a pedometer and am going to program it today as soon as I figure that out.   Later
