Accountability... what did you eat Tuesday
Yikes. I feel like a fat pig compared to the others. I'm so sorry. Don't attempt this at home. I'm still early out (18 months) and below goal, struggling to get UP to goal and plus 5 pounds..Sorry.
Breakfast: Malto Meal, Soy Milk, Protein Powder, Wheat Germ (5:30 am)
Snack: 1 oz cheese stick and a banana (8 am)
Lunch: 4 oz moist cooked shrimp, romaine lettuce salad w/tomatoes and Rasp Pomegranate dressing (found it again at Walmart). (11 am) - Post lunch little snack: 1 oz Bison Jerky while in line to return the boost high protein drink at Walmart. (12:15)
Snack: 1 medium Bosc Pear, 1 4 oz Dannon Light/Fit Yogurt, 12 oz V8 Juice (2 pm)
Pre Dinner drink: 1/2 a wine cooler, Hawaiian flavor (blue) (5:15)
Dinner: Buffalo Steak Burger patty with romaine lettuce and thousand island dressing (6 pm)
Dessert: 4 multi grain crackers (8 pm)
Totals for the day:
Calories: 1757
Fat: 57
Carbs: 175
Protein: 130
In retrospect, that buffalo burger was a bit wasted cuz it's 43 grams of protein. The crackers and fruit made my carb number a bit high (pear=25, banana=28) but no more so than the malto meal (=27).
On a side note, I believe I've found my grandson's other grandmother for him so my research is turning up at least good solid leads. When it gets lighter in the mornings I'll be walking the neighborhood rather than sitting on the computer so much. Hopefully that will help some.
They are complaining at work that I look like I've lost more weight. I insist that I have not but my leggings that were fitting at Christmas are loose. Damn it. So I'm toning up and getting SMALLER..I don't know which is worse. Being a mini blob or a microscopic muscle..
Don't worry, I know how rediculous this sounds. Boo friggin woo on me. Sorry guys.
Yes, RNY worked for me but it also requires a lot of work from me!

You are just to silly my friend.. the body is catching up as time goes buy. I told you I am in a size 0 to 3 right. they were tight before as well. I havent lost anything but people keep saying I have. it comes with the territory. EXCEPT FOR ONE GUY.... grr.. he said.. "you look good, have you gained weight." I almost killed him...lol..
Fruit is a good thing. and you are doing great.. remember we all sail our ships differently and are trying to get to different places. All that matters is we are all here to support eachother and do the best we can to keep that ship sailing upright. There is no "boo friggin woo" here... For all of us it's a learning process.
You little muscle woman... smile...

Hi Carla,
I have been reading your posts for a while now and enjoy your feedback. I am 17 months post op after RNY and am down 150 pounds!
I would like to "join in" on your daily posts but am not sure about using Fitday. I have used the free counter, but have not found as much detail as it seems you and others have. Are you subscribing to a fitday or another site to record your foods? I would really appreciate any insite so I can post my daily eating too.....every bit of motivation and support helps!
Thanks!
Jill

We are alsways here to motivate and support. Just stick with us and you will be sailing along smoothly in no time.
