Hi Carla, take the Godiva Dark Chocolate Mocha off my fitday and I had an excellent day, lol. OMG that thing is devine, lol, but I won't be buying it again any time soon, I can see myself getting addicted to them.......it took me about 2 hours to drink way too high in sugar *sigh*.

Hi Carla, I really tried to cut carbs and I did it. Tell me what you think. I didn't get to walk today but will kick it up tommorow!
Both Atkins and South Beach Say to stay in Phase one for 14 days. I am not convinced one way or another whether I want to totally commit to this for 2 weeks, but I did do it for 1 day. Let me sleep on it for tommorow.

Dana, very good on the fat/carb/protein! I am still trying to figure out the calories, it just seems that living on 900-1000 calories every day is too low. I can get the calories up higher but then the fat and carbs are higher........it still confuses me on what I should do other than I know I need my protein intake up.

Hi Dana, Your numbers look great. I average 80 carbs over 2 weeks and I keep my fat below 60 and my protiens are over 100. I average 1,100 calories. Do you use the goals and reports on Fitday? I have been doing it and it helps me. I know that it is the kind of carbs that can get me in trouble, but dang, sometimes they taste soooo good. I like checking in here because I have to tell you guys! and I don't want to let you guys down! Something about me is that if I feel like people are counting on me I can do miraculous things, but if I have to do it for myself, I many times don't follow through. I cant figure that out so I use it the best way I can. Seems to work for me.

Good Morning Everyone. Did ok yesterday except I caved in and ate a few bites of mashed potato that I really was planning on skipping. DH and kids were raving about them so much I could not stand it. Also think protein is a bit low (much better than a year ago when I was lucky to get in 20 a day tho!!!)
