Did You Move To Lose Today? Step by Step!
OH BABY!
We visited a wonderful lighthouse here yesterday. I love lighthouses and climbed to the top. 203 steps going up and 203 going down.... I did it without feeling tired or breathless YES
Then I did it again, and Charlie thought I was nuts
So yesterday my move to lose was climbing 812 stairs in a light house. Why did I do it 2 times you ask
Just because I could
So my friends Did You Move To Lose and or Maintain Today? Come on in and let's go and move and groove and feel good about the day
Charlie and I are headed to the beach. This is the first day the wind has not made it to cold so I am so
looking forward to it.
Stay Sexy, Sassy and Strong!!!
Take care,
Kathy

What a fantastic workout--climbing all those steps up & down the lighthouse! Very cool & different way to get in some exercise. Your comment about doing it twice "because you could"--isn't that neat?--there are so many times I'm doing something that I just KNOW I wouldn't have even begun to have the stamina/strength to do pre-wls! I will never take being normal for granted!!
I did my workout at the gym this morn. Cardio and upper body weight work. Been concentrating on getting my weight training back to what it used to be, so I've been increasing my time and settings on the machines (as well as free weights).
Hope the beach was great!
Jo

Always,
Jo
Hey Jo,
You are so right....if I had gone to this lighthouse in my heavy days I would have sat on the bench and just felt so bad
But since I could do it and without feeling like a heart attack I was like YIPEE
Great workout my friend
Keep it going and I will be back soon....
Take care,
Kathy

Thanks Kathy
I've kept her off school today, which means I am home for the day too, so as she is just laying around resting or sleeping, I plan on doing lots of moving (plus trying to catch up on all the other chores around the house that need doing!) I'm going to try to fit in a weeks worth into one day
