Accountability.. what did you eat Monday.

I did well yesterday. I loved the liver and onions! I bought some ketone test strips and am spilling trace levels of ketones, Maybe I should cut the carbs a lottle more. I will see how I am doing by Friday before I make any big changes. I know I eat more carbs during the weekend and maybe that is why the number is low. Here is yesterdays food. I just had to eat the fried potatoes!
I think it would be very hard to go down to less the 40 carbs a day. What do you think? I also went on a 1 hour power walk. Loved it!

Very nice job. I dont know how easy it would be do do that few carbs. you would have to eat all proteins to get there almost. You could almost do it if you avoid the potato and sb peanut bar and drink a shake instead. that would up your protein and get rid of a lot of the cars. Just one day of carbing takes a while to get rid of it so you can go back to ketones. It's a matter of staying on it to get it done. That bread on the liver didnt help either.. but hey,,, its the best part...

Good day, got my dog all combed out and cut then cut my DH's hair too. Took several hours to complete the dog(he is covered with hair), it only took about 10 minutes to cut my DH's hair since his is quite sparse. Planning to spend part of my day tomorrow with my paretns , so that should be nice.

that is so funny. It's always work doing dogs. u have a ****er right.. I have 3 poms.. Just another one last week. it was running in the street and almost got hit by a car so I caught it and brought it home.. no one claimed her so she is mine.. thinks my lap is the place to be... lol.. as she sits here with me. YOu had a good day.. well fiber is a good thing.. so I wouldnt worry to much about that.. you are still doing great.. Have a great time at your parents tomorrow Carla
