I have decided no more eggs.. I get sick everytime here lately.  Been adding protein all day just to make up for what I lost this morning.   Not good.  Still need to drink one more shake to catch up but I put it down.   So you all have a great day and I will see you tomorrow. Carla

Yeah, the weekend is over. I saw a movie (Bucket List) and cleaned the house and even did laundry and shampooed the carpet. We did some shopping and walked around the house to check for damage after the serious rain we had. I made some good choices and some almost good choices. Tried to stay under 2000 calories and didn't manage to do that too much...But tomorrow is another day.

Breakfast: Maltomeal, soy milk, soy protein, wheat germ AND banana.

Snack/second breakfast: 3 egg omelet with swiss cheese and some cottage cheese.  Lunch 1 cup of buffalo chili and 8 multi grain crackers Snack: 1/4 cup soy nuts Dinner, Banquet BBQ Chicken and 1 small banana Totals: Calories: 1767 Fat: 61 Carbs: 183 Protein: 123

Sounds like a great day.  How was the movie, it has a great cast.  There are a couple of movies out right now I would like to see, that one included.  So you had a nice day.. very nice protein.   I love how you can do a three egg omlet for a snack.  hehehe.. in the past that would have added two pounds to us.   Enjoy and I will see you tomorrow Carla

Yes! Bucket List is a great movie. It really got me thinking, since I'm getting to be 50 this year...About the end. Not really for young people, they wouldn't understand it much from old peoples' perspective.  I got tired of calling it a second breakfast. After that meal, I usually can go about 3-4 hours without more..Gives me time to pack in the water..

I am glad the weekend is over.  I will be farther from my kitchen.  My mom invited me to her house for dinner tommorow.  I love liver and nobody here likes it, so I will eat dinner at moms tommorow and everyone here is on their own.  I do better during the week.  I still didn't do too bad.

OK well I did "better"  ??? by getting more calories yesterday but I felt guilty.  I am really tryign to stay off the scale until Saturday. B - SlimFast High Protein    190 / 5 / 24 / 15 L - 6 oz can of chunk white  tuna with lemon    194 / 1 / 0 / 43 D - 1 Weaver chicken pattie on sesame seed bun    333  /  15  /  33  /  17 Ss -  crustless spinach quiche bites (2)   132 / 8 / 4 / 12          protien drink      70 / 0 / 1 / 17          1 oz chicken with bite size piece of prosciotto & swiss    92 / 2 / 0 / 17  totals:  1000 cals   32 fat    60 carbs     120 protein I am bummed I chose to eat that chicken sandwich.  I am still struggling when it comes to making the kids' food and NOT eating what I made them.  At least I stayed away from the mac & cheese they had for lunch.  They keep asking me to make choc chip cookies and I won't because I know I will eat the batter and the cookies!  I spent most of the day cooking yesterday - made the spinach quiche squares and those chicken/prosciutto/swiss bites and cut up some fruit so I have snack right on hand to keep me from eating the junk.

I'm with the rest of yall, the weekend is over, lol.  Although not my best day, I'm fine with it; I am trying to maintain and so far so good..... I did exercise yesterday, I've been such a slacker for 3 years on the exercise, start; stop; start; stop.  Last week I started back on the elliptical and have done some type of exercise everyday; yesterday I did 12 minutes on the elliptical, walked .6 miles, and jogged .6 miles (don't ask why I did that, but I did and it was kinda fun, lol).
