hello it has been four years since i started this trip anyone else out there with any type of feed back i have gained so much self confidence that i became a passion parties consultant and i have reached the executive level !!!! how has the journey chenged your lives?

It has been four years for me this coming August for me. My life has changed so much for me. I went from 26-28 to 2-3 (5'2). My lowest size was 1-2. I am comfortable and struggle to maintain my size. As you know, this is the hardest part is making sure we make good lifetime food choices. What is the hardest part for you?
