Well it was grandma's day and I either over do it or under do it... Oh my.. you all will love this one.. I was an eating fool today. go ahead.. flame me. I deserve it..

Your "bad" day looks not so bad to me! I had a terrible day yesterday consisting of peanut M&M's and pizza
. I have been much more under control today
I was so out of control yesterday I thought I might do the 5 day thing but I would rather just stick to my high protein low carb plan I usually do a fair job of.
B-2 scrambled eggs with cheese, 1 sausage patty and one slice low carb toast with sugar free jelly
S-1 string cheese and 5 reduced fat Triscuits
L-3 0z roast with 1/4 C mash potatoes and 1/2 C raspberries
S-1 serving FF/SF banana pudding with 2 reduced fat nilla wafers
D-WW chicken enchilada Suiza
S- WW choc chip cookie dough desert
Claened and did laundry all day and did 1 hour Zumba ( latin aerobics) at YMCA. I also got all my water and vitamins in. I have more cleaning to do before bed and packing; we are going to Disneyworld on Wednesday.

I love Disney anything. how cool I hop you have a great time. Not sure what your totals are but that sausage patty is pretty high in fat, cals and sodium. Do you monitor you intake. I would check that out. See more carbs than protein going on here. Have a great time at Disneyworld and hope to see you posting regularly.

Carla, still up here so I am gonna post tonight.....I made some yucky choices but really didn't eat allot today, without the junk it's way low so although not good, the numbers overall are ok.

Carla, it's not your normal but it isn't just aweful......your carbs are a little higher than you usually eat but girl the protein rocks......you know IMO we need some days like these to keep us real.
