Well I did a make shift fix on my pc and hope to see it stay running.  the cpu kept overheating so I vacuumed it out.  Still gonna get a new pc as this one is 4 years old now, but this will be good enough for the kids to do homework and such on it. So how was your day.  I think I did ok just busy as usual.  The cable company came out and said my whole wiring system will need to be replaced.. so that sounds like lots of fun.  At least its working right now. So here was my day.

breakfast:

Early post Carla, I like that!  I felt insatiable today, so the numbers reflect that! B- Eggs and cheese w/ turkey sausage S- Beef stew and RF Triscuits w/ cream cheese spread L- 2 turkey franks in potato rolls S- Hawaiian Punch popsicle (1oz) D- 6" Subway Seafood and Crab on white w/ swiss cheese and 5 plain Lays chips 1714 cals, 69g fat, 172g carbs, 99g protein, 16g fiber 48ozs water, 8 oz POM Light Tea

That and tuna are the only ones I can eat because once chewed, they are pure slider foods!  Another reason I shoulda stayed away.

B - 2 eggs cooked over-easy L - 1 large skinless chicken thigh, 10 baked french fries D - 2.5 oz turkey burger with 1 tbsp feta cheese  (made a 4 oz burger but could not eat any more than half) S - 2 protien drinks 693 cals, 31 fat, 20 carbs, 82 protein  I am on day 4 of the 5dpt - I was so disappointed in myself for eating those fries. 232/155/170/145 pre-op/lowest/current (after pregnancy)/goal

You need to check the numbers on that atkins bar.. the fat content has to be wrong.  I cant see that much fat on what you ate.. Your protein numbers and everything else look great.. welcome aboard and keep up the good work. Carla
