I can't believe January is almost over
I am so glad!!!! One month closer to Spring
Ok, I have not worked out for the last two days. I did get on the treadmill and did a little yesterday. I am going to my boxing class tonight...have to get my punching fix before flying out to meet Charlie
I will have my computer with me so if you thought you were going to get a week off from The Move To Lose Post? NOT

I can't tell you how much your post means to me. Sometimes I wonder if it helps or not. You have no idea how much you guys help me. Come on let's think about it, I can't post if I don't practice what I preach... so if I don't get out there and do something then you guys will let me know it
There is no question that when we stop exercising the weight comes back on. I believe this will all my heart and have lived it. As soon as I got in a funk about life and stopped going, boy did the pounds come on....
So, thanks again for letting me know we help. And post more often ok

Yep, I'm getting into the exercise groove. I love that I feel my muscles when I move with them aching from yesterdays exercise.
Today I walked about 1 1/2 miles and did 2000 steps on my stepper. Yesterday it took me 20 minutes, with a couple of rest breaks, today I managed to stay on for the whole time and it took 19 minutes, so I'm definitely seeing a diference, already. Much sooner than I was expecting.
