Hey Everyone I can't believe January is almost over  I am so glad!!!!  One month closer to Spring Ok, I have not worked out for the last two days.  I did get on the treadmill and did a little yesterday.  I am going to my boxing class tonight...have to get my punching fix before flying out to meet Charlie  I will have my computer with me so if you thought you were going to get a week off from The Move To Lose Post?  NOT So my friends, Did You Move To Lose and or Maintain Today?  Come on in and let's share, inspire and help each other get to goal, stay at goal or get back on TRACK Take care, Kathy

Awe Helen, I can't tell you how much your post means to me.  Sometimes I wonder if it helps or not.  You have no idea how much you guys help me.  Come on let's think about it, I can't post if I don't practice what I preach... so if I don't get out there and do something then you guys will let me know it There is no question that when we stop exercising the weight comes back on.  I believe this will all my heart and have lived it.  As  soon as I got in a funk about life and stopped going, boy did the pounds come on....  So, thanks again for letting me know we  help.  And post more often ok Take care, Kathy

Have a great time in Florida!!!! Wish I could go with you!!!!! I'm taking today off b/c I have my 3yr follow up appt today with my surgeon this afternoon, so I guess I'll be working out this weekend to make up for today!

Yep, I'm getting into the exercise groove.  I love that I feel my muscles when I move with them aching from yesterdays exercise. Today I walked about 1 1/2 miles and did 2000 steps on my stepper.  Yesterday it took me 20 minutes, with a couple of rest breaks, today I managed to stay on for the whole time and it took 19 minutes, so I'm definitely seeing a diference, already.  Much sooner than I was expecting.
