Up to pounds but I have TOM visiting so I expected to see the gain right now.
Still maintaining between 120 and 125 so I am happy with that..

The scale is a bit indecisive this morning so I'll go with the highest number...I appeared to be 150 on the 1st and 3rd try!

No loss, but no gain either, so I'll take that! I'm only 4lbs away from my Valentine's mini-goal so I'm feeling really good about my progress overall. I know I just have to keep working at my water intake and up the activity...tomorrow's another day to do it all over again!
Well, I knew I was headed down again cuz last night I weighed 119.8 and I nearly always lose 2 pounds at night. This morning: 118.4 sigh.
I hope the wind doesn't blow cuz I'll have to put rocks in my pockets...

That is too funny. dont you feel like that now.. heres one for you.. remember when you would go into a store and barely leaned on the door and it would fly open.. now i have to really put some muscle in it with my whole body and sometimes i still bounce backwards... the days when my kids would run into me and they would fall back is over... they knock me down all the time...
It's a great feeling... better start looking for some rocks..

Yeah, thank God for automatic doors that open when they "see" you. But if I lose any more weight, I'll have to run back and forth to get those to "see" me...I'm trying to find more ways to add protein and calories but I seem to just stay right here. It's a novel concept but maybe this is where I'm going to maintain..
