Naked or Clothed!??

Like almost everyone--I do the deed naked after going to the bathroom but before a dribble of water or anything passes thru my lips.  The few who have said they weigh late in the day--esp. the one who said she specifically weighs AFTER eating supper--wow!--that's just amazing to me!   I loved reading all the answers to this one! And, like Kathy, how well I remember the days of analyzing exactly what to wear to WW every week!  One lady that went brought along the same pair of shorts & tank top and changed into it--all winter long--after she got there, just to be perfectly consistent!

Absolutely naked except for my socks sometimes (hey my feet get cold) first thing in the morning, after bathroom (sometimes more than one trip if I think i'm not going to like what I see) and visualizing being lighter than clouds and air (standing on the edges of your feet towards the sides of the scale helps too).  Like my other sick soulmates, I've been known to reweigh if the urge to pee strikes again after a disappointing scale number.....  yep, I need help.
