ok.. so after the whole fitday.com fiasco.. I swore off electronically charting my stuff.. and more recently... as I am beciming more strict with myself.. I have been writing my food intake on scratch papers at work.. and stapling each week togetehr.. grr... what a pain..  I decided to go ahead and check out what Carla has been posting.. and guess what people..  I LOVE SPARKPEOPLE.. wow.. its so super easy.. and super friendly & fast..  so if you need that help that we alllll keep mentioning.. and want to stay on track after the 5dpt... then head over to sparkpeople.com  its working & its fabulous..  Good Luck.. and have fun..  Helen aka dodgergirl

Hey you look great!  I love Sparkpeople too.  It's great, easy to use, and their list of foods on the food counter is awesome!

Definitely a good one to add to favorites!

Good suggestion!

I've been trying thedailyplate.com and so far, I like it.  I hadn't charted since my surgery.  It's been a real eye opener!  Nowhere near as painful as I remember!  Michele
