Finally signed up
ok.. so after the whole fitday.com fiasco.. I swore off electronically charting my stuff.. and more recently... as I am beciming more strict with myself.. I have been writing my food intake on scratch papers at work.. and stapling each week togetehr.. grr... what a pain..
I decided to go ahead and check out what Carla has been posting.. and guess what people..
