Kathy, I know this doesn't sound like much but for me it's a start.....sigh....again.  8 minutes on the elliptical last night, 10 minutes today.  I am a coffee fanatic (I know stop the coffee) but I have made a promise to myself no coffee in the a.m. or p.m. until I do something......elliptical, walking, exercise DVD, etc. Once again, I'm trying.

I walked my mile today.  Been feeling worn out, so I haven't got back on my stepper yet.  I decided I will push myself to walk as fast as I can instead.  If I want to get my weight shifted I really need to get moving more.  But this post is keeping me motivated and inspired to keep moving, no matter how small. Hope you feel better soon Kathy

I was back at the gym this morn. after being sick for a couple days.  Actually, I was there Mon. morn., and shortly after I got home & got cleaned up, I started feeling crummy.  Not really sure what hit me, but I was just extremely weak w/ that "sick all over" feeling, and I slept for the better part of 24 hrs.!   So I stayed home yest.  By evening, I felt so much better--it was really strange how this came on so quickly--didn't really develop into anything major except for the weak, achey feeling--and then it was over. This morn., I felt perfectly fine, so I did my usual combination workout of cardio and weight work (upper body today).  About an hr. total. Hope you get to feeling better very soon, Kathy!

Always,
Jo
