I don't know if there is a such thing as "normal", lol.  Surgeons make pouches in different sizes, some due to the success of their patients.   I'll be watching to see if anyone else can offer you good advise, insight. Best wishes!

When I get a chance I'd like to dig out my medical records to check it out as I've forgotten. Although at one time I knew it's been a while & after surgery seems a blur to me now. Also, to compare maybe do a google search? T.

Each patient is different.  Depending on the amount of obesity and how the patient has done before the surgery the doctor then determines the right amount the pouch should be.  Generally though they like to keep it at around a half dollar or a hair bigger.  Or if you want to go by this:  a tummy that can hold a half cup of food.  Although remember your tummy does have some give.  So even though a half dollar may not sound like a lot in food reality it is.  FYI if you get a chance to see the inside of yourself after the surgery it kinda look cool!  You get to see the real size your new tummy looks like.
