Day 1 wasnt too bad!!
Of course, I dont think I was perfect on it, but hey, its better than I have been doing. I work, so I dont have much time to prepare all these homemade soups, but looking at the website and some of the calorie and carb counts, I dont think store bought is too bad.
Yesterday, I had:
2 cups coffee
28 gram Protein breakfast drink
4 24 oz. bottled water (2 with protein powder)
3 cans Campbells Soup at Hand - Creamy Chicken, Tomato (snack) and Creamy Chicken
I did come close to breaking down, so I had 2 tbspn natural peanut butter
and a cup of applesauce.
Today, I have had:
2 cups coffee
28 gram Protein breakfast drink
1 24 oz bottle water
Protein powder hot chocolate
and I am working on my soup at hand
Does that appear ok?
Oh, and I walked and hour on my treadmill last night and did 15 minutes before work this morning - will get the other 45 this evening
First time I have exercised since hubs had his stroke in September, so 3mph is pretty good for me!
Wow talk about control girls.. thats not much "fuel" in a day. Remember you will prob lose better if you get in ENOUGH cals rather than lowering it toooo low. Especially if you are exercising. Don't want the body shifting into starvation mode... When I go to Kay's website and look at the posts, the ones that lose the most are the ones that are eating enough. Like at least 800-1000 if not more cals a day.
Yesterday I got in the following:
2 protein shakes mixed with choc protein powder and 4 oz light vanilla soy milk
1 EAS Shake
2 cups SF jello
1 cup of NAS yogurt
2 cups of SF pudding
1 cup ham/split pea soup (was on the website)
Seems like a hog compared to you guys! I was down 3 lbs already (lots of water lost) I also drank 100 oz of water/CL...
you are doing great.. hang in there!
Hugs, Melissa
